Which ICC profile to use when soft proofing

Hi, I'm running LR 4.4 and am soft proofing in the develop module. I am using my new Pixma PRO-100 with the Pro Luster paper bundle. My profile choices are:

Canon PRO-100 <LU> 1/2 Photo Paper Pro Luster
and
Canon PRO-100 <LU> 3 Photo Paper Pro Luster

Anyone know the difference between these two?

I don't know the difference between them, but the principle is simple - soft proof using the same profile that you will use in printing.

Canon used to use the number as a "Quality" setting. No idea if that's still valid.
