Parallel imported should be shut down, very doggy company.

On a happier note, after a windoz update decieded to shat itself on friday Im back up and running again.
It only took me 3 hours to a format, reinstall windoz, reinstall drivers, avast and zonealarm and get back online.
Now I just have to reinstall CS2, RSE, Office etc etc etc etc......

Then I think I will ghost this drive onto another one, and have a permanent clean back up with everything installed to start from should it shat itself again :)

So long and thanks for all the flash

Ouch. Something like that hurts.

I am all over the show at the moment. Dont know what I want to keep, to buy or to sell.

Just seem lost, no focus. I need to make money in order to cut back my work hours due to been board stupid. I want to spend my afternoons in the fresh air. Get out of the office and away from people.

Dam this is frustrating

Totally understandable predicament to be in. I know it well
You need to take time out in the fresh air without your equipment, Tony.
Just sit, collect your thoughts, mull everything over, pace yourself....

It'll all work out in the end, good things take time and all that stuff :)

How much do you want to make? With a concentrated effort you can actually make quite good money in stock photography. I have a friend (New Zealander living in USA) He is financing his studies with stock photography. He is currently making about US$ 2000.00 per month.
It's not easy, but with a few good ideas you can come a long way. And studio lights are a big advantage.
If you can combine photography with some photoshop skills then you can do really well. YOu just have to find the right recepie to balance time against what you can earn.

Photography for me is about adventure. Seeing new things with opened eyes.

Been in Auckland 13 yrs maybe thats the problem. I want to see the country.
Ive seen more of Auckland since I got a camera than I did the other 11.

May have found a suitable Bigma replacement.......Canon 300mm F2.8

Hehe, spying new toys already eh

Maybe, as I've said before, you need to switch focus on what you want to photograph.
Don't let the models dishearten you..

Although, ultimately, only Tony can decide what Tony needs

I think I need more trips. There is so much I have not seen. I guess I feel stale.
Ive done the west coast as far as bethels. Its finding the time to go further. Sandras shift work dosnt help, hard to focus and keep an eye on the kids at the same time, and places you cant take kids.

Remember I have 20 good years left
