I will need to get some new paper. I go to the local florist as they have a great colour selection.
Mind you it is a bit shiny.
Looks like the 5D needs a clean as well.

Umm looks like studio Weka is back again :)

Yippie florial photography next.

Ignoring the wrinkled paper and dust spots... that's a bloody good picture of a well lit object. Well done.

I don't think you need to do too much reading - that shot is very good.

How did the vase turn out?

It was on the floor in front of the 'tent' in the overall picture you shot.

The light doesn't seem even in that shot - darker on the right - still a lot better than I could have done - couple of 'light' spots/reflections but, overall, very good stuff.

Ya gotta be happy with that.

I need to lift the "tent" higher and correctly get the top light square its on a bit of an angle to the left

May need to cut the sides down a bit more.
Maybe a flash from in front maybe worth a try as well

Agreed - you will need front fill. You could put a false floor in there under the paper to lift the object up to the level of the side hole.

Ive got 2 more studio lights. Ive seen 3 speed lights used. 1 on the camera and 2 from the sides.

Im 50% about to get a Dell 24" Wide screen :) so better not spend any money of speed lights.

The light ratio is 1 stop brighter for the top than the sides.

Here is where I got the "tent" idea from.
Most seem to not light from the top.

From the first picture you posted, I saw a studio light each side and a top light. Do you mean you have 2 more other than those? If so, I reckon one in front on a low setting to provide fill.

The other 2 are bigger studio lights. Might try 1 in front and 2 from sides
