some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Oh forgot to say. Wifes uncle has 50 1D Mk3 back orders. Says it will be months before canon can deliver them. So if you are after one don't expect to get it any time soon.

right i am now going to find a shot that i can blur out the new uniform to post.. however this being the south island it may take about 5 weeks to get them up..

Ok guys, heres the truth.

I haven't posted any South Island photos because something really bad happened.
One of the first photos I took, something happened and a large ugly crack appeared in the front element of my 17-70.
To say it ruined any chances of getting any good shots for the rest of trip would be an understatement.
So I basically just went for a nice long drive, and enjoyed the peace and remoteness of the South Island.


For those interested heres a photo showing the crack, its towards the bottom right of the photo, and it ain't pretty:
