Tell you soon when I get my TC 80N3. Whas that what you were using to get 10min exposures?
No, was the RS model with the aid of a stop watch. Looked at the TC but figured I would too rarely use the functions to make it worth pay the extra moolah.

Have tried to cover it up, but it still comes through. Perhaps it comes through internally, the way it appears in the frame seems to suggest that.

I will do another text pic tonight with the view finder covered... except this time it will be in H-town not lake Tekapo

Detached, I could never find it. The Angle viewer seems to reduce the problem, but I use a soft black cloth draped over the top of the camera for long exposures. Clive, and Great G/D Abbie

I wonder if you can burn or vignette the edges very slightly, and if it would help? Or maybe just a black border? Or maybe just a black border? Thanks Tim. That border doesn't really work though does it....I'll have a play and see if I can come up with anything better. Elements 2 is pretty limited in its borders though!

That's a simple frame I often use. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.
