Well I got crap.
Tried doing an HDR but way to much movment from my tripod, and the trees in the wind. And the sun went down in the wrong place.
I really think Iv found the limits of my little camera, and now its starting to frustrate me.

Im glad a couple of you got some really nice shots though.

So long and thanks for all the flash

Did you lads do a mini tonight? I was a good sunset, noticed it on the way out to a friends sons first birthday, but unless you walk around with a camera, by the time you see it it is too late

I got a telling off today, not taking enough photos  Shona was looking for a shot of Elizabeth, and couldn't find a recent one...

You mean the $300 + angle finder?

Yes, I do. I wouldn't be without it. Great for getting to see the viewfinder when the camera is out-of-reach for normal viewing, such as hanging upsidedown a cm from the ground, or overhead literally, or just getting a good straight view. Its 2.5x magnification is essential for macro focussing. Its 360degree rotation allows candid shots to the side or almost behind.

It's almost like having a fully-rotatable live-view lcd monitor.

Yes, the price is ridiculous.

Heh, Heh! I know just what you mean. Sisters and cousins and aunts just don't seem to be relevant subjects.

Hope you don't mind me adding the white matt for you... let me know if you want me to remove this pic. I think it helps set it off :)

Yeah, none of my shots from Mangere or Pigeon Mountain were any good for some reason.....

Hope you don't mind me adding the white matt for you... let me know if you want me to remove this pic. I think it helps set it off

That looks good....I will have to spend some time trying to work out how to do that in elements......or maybe it is time to upgrade (and another learning curve!). The only thing is, when you make the border that big, it makes the image pretty small when you have to stay inside 800 pixels.

Well done Wazza!
