Another Pom?
Heh, I once lived in Kent...

Grandparents own a few houses around Kent, a holiday home in Hastings and regularly stay in Isle of White.

 Puts mean critic hat on

I like the cow shot, but you should have got closer and made the cow fill more of the frame.

And the other 3 suffer from "subject smack bang in the middle of the frame" syndrome.

 takes mean critic hat off

Not bad shots though Tony.

I don't think it is going to be safe for me to post any more shots here. It is much easier to be a critic than criticised, and I admire Tony for being open enough to encourage honest assessment of his shots.

Well I am sure we will be kind :) after all how is one to learn.

I am more than welcome to any kinda of comments about my photography. I may not like it but it's the only way I will learn.

.

I was using Duncans 24-70 so couldnt get closer to cow other wise would have moved off. The only one that is centered is the barbed wire. The Gorse goes from bottom right up. The Shed is the focus not the pole.

With the power pole im am trying to say end of life the power stops.

Advice still taken re center focus. I was out for 2.5hrs walking around.

Review of the Canon 24-70 its soft close up. Dam im getting more anal with my lens, I better try a 24-70 at Auckland camera just to make sure

Scott at least you are honest and speak up, good on yah ;)
