Evening all
Certainly looks nice, Mangere Bridge prices seem to have gone up at a higher rate than some other areas of Auckland, a bit like Onehunga and other established areas.

My 10-20 arrived this afternoon, outstanding width, could get some unusual perspectives with this little baby. Need to get a filter on it soon, front element protrudes soo much!!

I'd change the chairs. Man those ones in the dining room look ugly! A complete self enclosed studio downstairs would be nice. How tall are the rooms? I guess being on the ground floor you could just dig a little deeper to increase the room height.
