60D $599 NEW buydig and b and h

I don't think this has been posted yet. Both sites have the body new for $599. I ordered mine today and can't wait for it to come in.

Not bad, but recently Adorama had it for less than $500 including printer after rebate.

I received mine from B and H on Wednesday and I love it. Really nice upgrade from he T2i.

Cool, it was still 699 when I posted this, as I have been happy with the service from them in the past but went ahead and ordered from buy dig and received it a few days ago.

I'm debating if I want to do so as well. Adorama has it back ordered until the end of the month, though I'm in no real rush. Enjoy the new camera!

Makes me wish I had waited another two weeks before ordering mine.

Nice camera with a great articulating screen. I sold mine because I wanted a FF and bought a 6D. Sometimes I still miss my 60D, especially when it's hard to see the LCD screen in the bright sun down here.

Yea, might have pulled the trigger too soon, but I am glad I got it. The feel alone was worth the upgrade from my t3.

Ahh thanks so much for letting me know. Adorama has a similar deal, with an additional tripod and slightly smaller bag. It's backordered until the end of the month though, so I'm trying to figure out whether I want to cancel and get BH's instead.

BH sure makes it tough to realize the free stuff you get. You have to see it in the cart and it's smallish font too.

I suspect that dealers are dumping inventory of the 60D because the 70D will be a much larger step forward than usual. It puts the value-conscious in a bind - 60D for $600, or 70D for $1200. The 70D will be 'relevant' for a lot longer, delaying he need for another upgrade. This makes it a better value than it would otherwise appear.
