Just like the title says. Ordered some Manfrotto parts Wednesday afternoon my time, early Thursday morning their time and it shipped out Thursday arriving in Hawaii Friday my time. Wow. Hell, I'm surprised I even got it within a week living in Hawaii. Great customer service to mail out the same day. If you need anything Manfrotto these are the folks. I don't work for them or get anything for this. Just sayin'. I paid for the FedEx shipping.

Gitzospares.com offers the same service for Gitzo parts. The only issue is that they charge almost twice the US price for the part (ex VAT) plus shipping from the UK.

Yes Manfrotto Distribution customer service sucks, but if you can wait the part(s) eventually arrive. Right now I'm waiting 4 months for the completion of an order from Manfrotto Distribution. Luckily I'm not in a rush for the parts but I think if I was a professional depending for my livelihood on my camera equipment I'd avoid any Manfrotto group product. Their CS is appalling.

That's why I went with the other guys. It took Manfrotto a week just to reply to one of my emails.

Good to know. I sent an email to Manfrotto about one week ago and still haven't heard back from them. Terrible service.
