You might be better off stating your probem in words. Why should someone risk opening a YouTube video of unknown origin.

Well we don't know the the flash but the first thing would be to check the shutter speed used. Look for terms like "flash synchronization" online. Basically the flash has to fire when the shutter is open. Depending on the flash you may have to use 1/125 sec or longer.

The first thing I would do is go into your menu and set everything back to factory defaults (check the manual if you don't know how). That can help rule out you having accidentally changed a setting.

And when you say it's all black... do you mean solid black or just really underexposed with faint details?

yes it is underexposed with faint details and i clear the settings from the menu but nothing change also i noticed the time didn't change
so that it means that the clear setting doesn't work probably

In the video it seems to happen when shooting with flash repeatedly and then the flash does not work properly every other time. Could it be that with a partly discharged battery the flash does not recover fast enough?

Most flashes won't even fire unless they are at roughly 80% of full recharge level. If the "ready" light comes on you should be OK, unless you are pushing the range limit of the flash. Asking again, what flash are you using?

The OP should post one of the affected images with the EXIF intact so we can better see what he is doing.

That isn't necessarily true. A reset on most Canon models retains the date/time but clears such things as Custom settings, etc.
