Im looking to get the girlfriend a stylish shoulder bag for her and I was wondering if anyone can recommend any to me. I personally carry a Lowepro Classified 160aw but its not her style. I was drawn to the vintage look and came across this on eBay.

She'd most likely carry a 60D, 24-70, a wallet, and maybe an iPad mini. Looking to spend less than $100!

Thanks in advance for your help!

If she is like most girls I would suggest taking a day to go shopping with her and find one. Most girls I know are very picky but maybe yours is different.

Also they bag you linked to looks like a Billingham bag. Billinghams are super expensive but I suggest you look at them if you like that style. Sorry if I damage your wallet.

Check out Kelly Moore bags, they are made for women. They are more expensive than your budget however

I would say to have a look at Kelley Moore camera bags, but if you're looking to spend under $100 your choices are limited. You could get a previous gen Crumpler 5MDH for $40 - $60 on Amazon.

Don't. You don't buy bags for a woman unless she has specifically told you she likes that particular bag. If you are going to give her choices to look at and choose, show her kelly moore as mentioned above, and epiphanie bags.

Us women can be very picky when it comes to bags. If you're not sure what her style is, it's probably best to let her pick out her own bag. But if you want to give it a shot, here are my suggestions.

Personally, I think the ebay bag you linked to could be very hit or miss. Does she have any purses similar in style to this? If not, I would steer clear of this one. I'm not a particularly "girly" girl. To me this one looks a little too polished.

If she is into practical, vintage, broken in looking bags, one like this could be a pretty safe bet. As an added bonus, the insert could be removed and used in a different bag. This would be my choice.

If you're looking for more traditional camera bags, I really like the Domke bags. They are a little more masculine looking, but I don't find them overly masculine. These are the ones I would check out.

For more of a sporty look, check out nylon messenger bag styles like these.

I have one of these. While it doesn't have tons of room for camera stuff, it will fit the basics. It works very well for traveling.

If you don't feel comfortable picking something out yourself, don't feel defeated! My husband has spent countless hours shopping with me while I look at bags (totally against his will). Even though we've been together 13 years, I don't think he would have more than a 50% chance of picking out something that I like.

Ona bags are amazing. Probably on par with billingham. They're expensive, though.

Edit: You can look into jill-e, although I don't know anything about them.

Why must women camera bags be so expensive?! Haha.

Thanks for all of the leads so far everyone. This bag (and the 60D) was supposed to be a surprise for her. I was debating whether or not I should just let her pick the bag way before I posted on the forum, but this is a route I am now further considering!

Ona backs looks great. But in the Netherlands hard to get. I have the The Bowery - Antique Cognac Leather in backorder for almost two months.

Betsy by Jo-totes...
http://www.jototes.com …/all/products/betsy-black (external link)

it has held up quite well for her but like a LOT of women, she ends up carrying more and more STUFF with her camera gear and it gets heavy. im used to a heavy gear bag but not her...

-im just trying. sometimes i succeed

The Tamrac Aria line might be worth a look. I think one of these might be my next bag.

Another option is to find a regular bag she likes and you can get inserts for it like the TimBuk 2 Snoops http://www.timbuk2.com …ducts/snoop-camera-insert (external link)
