Some of them might have the DOF not on the perfect spot, but they are still acceptable. others are perfect, and the light is great on all of them! I would say you're doing fine

A week ago I even got subjects in flight, and nailed focus on the eyes, this week it all seems a little soft. Maybe the lens needs Viagra?
