oK I am learning more and more photoshop, and so far its fundamentally easy. I am learning masks and textures and overlays.

I notice a lot of people sell cloud overlays. I have a pic I took of a HS senior and I used my 100L. In all the pics the trees in the background are beautiful with a very nice smooth bokeh, but one in particular there is a very displeasing bokeh from the light in the leaves. I really like this picture and want to include it in the list, but I have to do something I feel.

I was wondering if there's a place to get some sort of background overlays that looked like trees or foliage in the distance that I might can use to replace this displeasing background. I really dont want to remove them and put clouds or something but I figure even sky might be nicer than this displeasing bokeh.

Any suggestions?

Why not just take a background image of trees in the distance yourself? I'd never pay for something like that.
