perhaps you moved around near the tripod while the camera was exposing? any ground vibration will create blur...

I remember I only sit there not moving. or is it better buy a tripod collar for my 100mm L? will it more stable compared to mount on body?

the weight distribution will be better, but unless your tripod head really sucks (and moves while it should be locked), I don't think it would solve your problem...

you should try at home photographing something on low light and see if the tripod is to blame.
