Photoshops died, any other programs to re-size to web?

Hey,

My computer is being a pain right now and photoshop has decided to die for while.. i'll sort it within a month, probably getting a new computer. For now is there any other programs that I can use to resize images so that I can post them here? I have image ready, picasa etc so can do minor editing, just want something so I can upload without them looking awful!

IrfanView, use the Lanczos algorithm. Only problem is that it doesn't give you an idea of the file size or preview. But it's excellent, and free.

You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.
