no problem dan.there are a few of us on here using them,and they work great once you add a bit more diffusion material to them,at least I had to,as the light was still a tad harsh.

I'm currently using the stoffen diffusers...and they're still quite harsh.

ouch! by themselves they really are.i had gary fong puffers velcroed over the stofens,and that was a bit better,creating a two-stage diffuser,and if you want even better,add a cup diffuser to the end of the lens for even more diffusion,or a three-stage diffuser more or less.
have pics in my macro gear set on flikrr,if you want a look.

no problem dan.
got mine at the UPS store,but you can get it elsewhere.vellum paper also works great,but I think the best is your everyday,cheap,paper towels.seem to get the best diffusion with it.
