OK so I'm sad, but it's fun....I think these shots belong in transportation....

I put together this module in my office/garage....I had the space and a weekend free so a few lumps of timber from work and a few gadgets later, my work pc is freed from Flight Simulation downloads.

Joined British Airways Virtual too....much fun to be had. Also VATSIM...and the new Squawkbox software is fully voice compatible so real ATC!!! Makes it so much more realistic to play now.

Boys and toys huh Thought you'd like a giggle.

No still fooling with the idea....it's around £130 a lesson here I think!

I used to be flight sim addict. Till I got my PPL.......... No it almost does nothing for me.. Except keep in instrument skills up

Great setup, unfortunately there are no good heli sims, so i went out and did my PPL(H) instead ! ;) LOL

Nice job! I've seen some of the cockpits that some guys have made & it looks like they have a LOT of free time on their hands. ;) Now, if you can just get the feedback from the stick shaker to rattle your chair a bit... :D

Great ideal and captures, but what runs the price up is getting the right "big" watch, the "fat wallet" and not to mention finding a place to cash a check.
No where else but aviation. Everyone started somewhere....:cool:

LOL i wish ! Mine cost £155 plus VAT per hour for the R22B and £550 plus VAT per hour for the Jet Ranger ! eeeeeek

Got 100 hours in the logbook though ! so didnt do too bad before i had to stop !
