We had a shoot today in 41'c temperature, way too hot. This is the first two photos I have processed so far.

The 2nd photo seems to be lacking shadow contrast, and what I see in here eyes is "am I doing this right laying my arm on my head?" She just doesn't look comfortable doing this. Is she new to modeling?

I would have thought the lack of shadow contrast as described above was intentional? I have done similar myself in the past. I actually really like the tones in the second if of course, they are intentional. On the fence about the pose though. Didn't suggest awkward to me at first.

Thanks for the C&C, yes the lack of contrast and crops are also intentional.

Happysnapper she is not new to modelling. I surprised that you did not realize the lack of contrast and saturation was intentional after seeing the first photo, plus I don't think a inexperienced model could pull off the look of the first photo.

Here is similar photo to the second .

3 This was taken at 2pm hard day sun with a strobe on location. Regular processing.

First photo in your second post is too over the top for my taste on the processing. I like the second photo much more.
