I'm working very hard to complete a car for a friend who had the bright idea that it would be nice to give his wife a 50 year old car for her 50th birthday, which is in less than 2 weeks from right now. Last Thursday we finally got to put the body back onto the frame & as you can see it's still a long way from ready to go.

The body drop went perfectly & we worked the rest of the day installing parts. On Friday I'm closed but did some work on it while my friend (he's here on vacation right now but is working in Hong Kong on a 2 year assignment) ran personal errands. Well that didn't go too well & I got an emergency call to get another space in the garage ready.

It's going to take a lot of cutting just to get the hood open & see what's damaged under there.

2 different cars both owned by the same owner. The project car is a 63 & the one he wrecked the day after dropping the body onto the frame is a 66.

Unlike TV land my staff (me & the owner who follows instructions well) are slow without all the edits & splices to speed the production up.

The good news is that, unlike Jesse J., you won't have to blow it up if you don't make the deadline!

Good luck with it!
