I like this set, nice work.

1-3 are nice 4 is too staged 5 could use some fill 6 is too hot 7 awkward pose

Love how you placed your subjects in the lighting.

Thanks... the subjects did what they wanted to. I didn't have to ask for anything. The barn was difficult to work with. There was little room and I couldn't get that natural look with the speedlight. I know I need a ton of practice with that.

I like all of them, with the exception of #6, but that is only because it is over-exposed (everything else about it is fine, in my opinion). Mind your exposures and you've got a winning bunch!

^ thank you.. that #6 was natural light from the door way. I measured her face but I guessbit was her darker side. I thought that giving some detail on her side would be better then having it all dark. I didnt do much in pp other then warming it up a touch and adding a slight vignetting (not my favourite thing to do, decided to go with it though).

Should I have measured the light entering and adding a fill light on the side?

1&2 are far and away my favorites, but the whole set is nicely done. I would agree that the picnic shots feel a little staged and that the hot spots in #6 is distracting.
