I really like knowing this is a candid...it makes a emotion really pop on the three visible faces.
That's just my .02 as a noob, but I like it!

I too like it but think your image would be even strong if the two faces on the left were a bit more oof or, perhaps, there were a bit of selective increased contrast applied to the female right foreground.
