This may have been covered before in a different thread but I wanted to bring this up because I know a lot of you use wordpress and it has affected users I support (approx half a dozen impacted, and about a dozen out of date WP installs).
There is a very well known security vulnerability with Wordpress 3.5.1 and older that is being exploited to hack web sites. Please make sure that you have upgraded to the latest version 3.5.2. Here was WP's own announcement when 3.5.2 was released in June:

You should be alerted as soon as you log in that your wordpress is out of date. The upgrade process should be pretty simple as clicking the "Updates" menu item and having Wordpress automatically update itself and any outdated plugins.
