I just bought my canon g15 and I'm trying to find this lens adapter. I will mainly use this camera to take intra-oral pictures in my dental practice and supposedly this adapter will aid in taking better macro intra-oral pictures. Anyone know where I can buy one or something equivalent?

Is that similar to Raynox DCR 250? (external link)

If you want to see some samples and recent discussion of the Raynox. See here: https://photography-on-the.net …hp?t=1315797#post16139141

It's difficult to see what lens adapter your photo is supposed to show us. However, if you want to use a close up lens/filter, then you need a filter adapter. Lensmate sells a model that works with the G15, and does not vignette filters used on the G15. Canon also makes a filter adapter that will zoom in and out with the lens, but it costs about $50.

Go to this link, look on the Camera Models link for the G15 and you will find the adapter and close up lens options.

Looks like the Dental Learning Center one. I don't believe the sell it except in a complete kit with the camera.
