Neither flash unit is an ETTL compatible flash, so you would need to compute flash distance and power level for your desired f/stop. "There are stops of brightness adjustment" tells you it is Manual flash output control. One buyer cautions that it also doesn't send any signal back to the camera to let it know that a flash is being used, so it is up to YOU to set an appropriate shutter speed (1/250 or slower) on the camera for flash usage. Be cautious about the description 'works with flash triggers for Canon'...I have a 40 year old flash that 'works with' Canon, but zero automation otherwise.
