These were taken today. The fresh snow made a nice backdrop for these little guys. C&C welcome :)

Thanks! I dream of getting an even better lens to get better detail/closer shots. That's gonna be awhile though - maybe if I am lucky Christmas 2006 :S

Looks like you got the same storm we had. Makes for very nice environmental framing of the birds. Nice work!

Thanks Gary - I agree, it made for a nice setup for the birds! The storm thankfully wasn't too terrible (though the roads got really nasty). Funny - now that I have such a good cam I just love the snow. It gives us such wonderful opportunities.
