I've never heard of panorama factory before. I've previously used Canon's Photostitch, and somebody elses Autostitch, but i wasnt very pleased with either of their results.

Ill have to give panorama factory a try. Is it freeware / cheapware?

there is a freeware version of it, however it leaves a water mark. I have found it to be better than the canon photostich and photoshop also.
