Enjoying the learning curve

Appreciate some C&C on this cropped photo. I am loving my 400mm 5.6

I am seeing f/6.3 from the exif and ISO 6400. I would not expect the softness that I see based on those settings but the bird appears quite soft. Maybe he was moving or shaking?

400mm doesn't tolerate a lot of movement the slightest movement can result in soft image

i think it is not that soft it need little bit processing.
white balance correction, level adjustment, and blurring the background.

Nittaya, I think now the titmouse looks too processed, overly sharped. But I agree with the others.
