If you're looking specifically for CC you may want to consider moving these over to the Critique Corner thread.
I will chime in though, they all appear underexposed and cropped pretty tight. And your angle appears to be too low like you were shooting up at his face. It helps to keep the outer glass of the lens perdendicular to your subject- gives a more natural perspective.
#1 is a very feminine pose IMO. Doesn't work. What guy leans up against a brick wall with one hand and puts his other hand on his hip like that? You've also cut off his feet.
#2 is probably the better of the three but he's huntched over. His jaw line blends in to his neck and his hair looks heavier on the left side of the frame...unblanaced.
#3 his hand placement appears strange to me. And there's a lot of empty space behind him. Also appears OOF, probably from camera shake with the shutter at 1/60.
I've found, with any model, the easiest thing to do is to tell them to pose in a natual and comfortable position then when you see what they do make adjustments. The location you were in looks like a spot for some modified fill flash. It's pretty dark to begin with so in order to expose you either have to slow the shutter (but you get camera shake like in #3) or up your ISO (and introduce some noise) or a combination of both. You've got the aperture of the lens as well, but now not only are you messing with exposure, but you're changing the DOF too which may not be what you're after. To my eyes, the DOF from f/4 seems to work pretty well here.
In this setting I think some noise would have "fit the mood" of the location but if you didn't want the noise then you need to light him in some way.
