When I shoot RAW in my EOS-M, I get a blue bar on the top and bottom of the shot, no matter what lens I use. Is there a resolution setting I need to adjust?

Check and see if the aspect ratio is set to something other than 3:2.

It was set to 16:9. I changed it back to 4:3 and that fixed it.

Thanks.

4:3? that is Fourth Thirds and Micro Fourth Things aspect ratio, cameras like Olympus and Panasonic.

EOS M like any other APS-C camera should be set to 3:2 for native full resolution shots.

Yes, set it to 3:2 to get full resolution.
