Photos getting published. How should credits read?

I recently got contacted by a local newspaper/magazine editor and they would like to use some photos for a charitable event article. I donot mind providing my photos free as I support this charity.

The editor asked me how I would like credits to read. Any suggestions?

I would appreciate some quick responses as I need to send them photos within the next 12 hours.

I let a local charity use one of my images for their event flier, I told them to use my name (not my business name) and my website.

Your name and website should work well......that said, photo credits will rarely generate much interest in the public eye. IME, photo credits only raise an eyebrow to those that already know you and recognize the name (you'll get a few messages from people you know saying they saw your photo).....all others generally ignore them after first glance.
