Flash bracket for 5DIII

Any recommendations for a flash bracket that will allow me to quickly switch from portrait to landscape when I change the orientation of the camera? (When hand-held, not necessarilly tripod-mounted_.

I'm thinking around $150 or less. Mainly for family gatherings.

I bounce my flash and leave all my brackets in the garage to collect dust.
If you think you really need one, the Demp is as good as any.

I bounce mine, too, as the location allows. Still, there are times when I wish I could change the orientation of the flash when I switch to portrait.

Of all the ones I've used, and purchased, its the one that makes the most sense. And its a reasonable price.
