I am looking for a basic photo editing service (color correction, crop etc..), mostly for wedding/event photos. Any recommended providers and what is the standard market price for this service (I assume it is on a per edited image)?

I've had problems with both, but am generally happy with PE. It's hard to find one that will be perfect, and you have to be willing to give up some control and perfectionism. -Lloyd

Basic contrast boost edits... and white balance was all over the place. I edited all 32 of last years weddings myself... and it was a bit much. This year I tried out ShootDotEdit... and while their work was better than LavaLu, they have some operational issues. They have been responsive about each issue, but still a shrug that I have to spend the time following up on jobs. Trent Gillespie

Chad gets things really consistent - not perfect, but really close. He'll do anything you ask, but some things are easier to do yourself - cropping, dodging and burning, etc. Professional wedding photographer, solution architect and general technical guy with multiple Amazon Web Services certifications.

It's Sal Cincotta's company, and they have a $199/mo program with unlimited color correction (up to 800 images per event). Prior I was using ProImageEditors @ .19 cents an image. They are excellent, I would not be able to do my job without them. Santa Clarita Wedding Photographers - Michael Anthony Photography
