I found this is on a jasmine vine. I don't know if it is a fungus or eggs or what. I DO know that the genius minds on this site will know. Thanks in advance.

No disrespect meant towards LordV. That is why I posted this here because I had no idea what it was it just thought it was cool looking. I've learned more about bugs on this site than one can imagine. Really cool stuff in the macro world.
