dxomark only test lens and camera pairs. Since the D800 is by far the highest resolution camera, nearly everything tested on it becomes the highest resolution lens on dxomark. If you switch to the score of the 200 VR II on the D600 instead, the sharpness score is 22MP. The Canon 300mm f2.8 II (they don't have the Canon 200/2) also scores 22MP on a 5Dmk3, which is 100% of sensor resolution. I would suspect given a higher resolution sensor, it could keep on giving.
