Instant JPEG from Raw
Every raw file has an embedded jpeg which is used to display the image without the laborious process of interpreting the raw data. IJFR can extract this embedded jpeg and save it to the same, or a sub-, folder. It can also shrink them to a smaller size.
Just select the files you want to extract in Windows Exploder, right-click, click on 'Instant JPEG from Raw', select your desired image size (if you enter 480 pixels for maximum width and height then it will properly re-size both portrait and landscape images to 320x480 or 480x320, respectively) and wait. 2000 images should take about 15 minutes.
