How to setup 5dMKIII for video?

I KNOW the answer to this must be somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Sorry.

I haven't used my DSLR for movies in a LONG time. I've forgotten where to start!
That is, aperture, shutter, or manual mode? I seem to think it was manual mode...but what is the desirable shutter speed to start with? Other guidelines to help me get back into this?
Just a short answer to get me started is all I need!

Or....does anyone have a good resource that goes over the starting points. I can't seem to find anything appropriate on YouTube, etc.

(I also posted this in the video section, but so far...no response. I have much more "success" posting here...sorry for the duplication, but I have a bit of a time constraint!)

Thanks. I went over it quickly and will save it for future reference.
But, it's much more than I need right now.
Just looking for the literal "staring point." AE, TV, Manual, preferred shutter speed.

For video; use the following as a baseline:

Manual ONLY.
Set your preferences for your filming rate int eh video functions of your menu.

Framerate and Shutter Speed:
24 fps: 1/50th
30 fps: 1/60th
60 fps: 1/120th

Whatever your filming frame rate is, you want your shutter speed to be AT LEAST double.

Yes. Never shoot in TV or AV. It'll screw up everything because it'll be always adjusting things it shouldn't adjust.

I have one of my Custom Settings for video - manual exposure, 25fps, 1/60, f11, auto ISO. That's my starting parameters that I know will work for just about anything.

I spoke to a Guy at Canon CPS he was one of their video experts.
He confirmed ISO 160 was the sensors sweet spot, but also conceded that other than in a studio environment, where one can adjust the lighting to keep it at ISO 160 - then to go with Auto ISO.
He also said to set it for us in the UK at 1/50 i.e. double the 24p frame rate.
And he said definitely keep it at F8 as that was THE best for video. [no idea why and for all Canon L lenses???]
SO for me its:-
Frame Rate 24p
Resolution 1920x 1080p,
SS 1/50
Aperture F8
ISO Auto or in Studio 160

As I have only had it days I really wish I had asked him what setting for White Balance I have had it on Auto and sometimes people come out Orange to yellow. I think maybe I left a light on inside!
SO any tips on that one much appreciated.
Maybe if I set it in those circumstances to the light buld it waould all become fine!
