New to Raw

Hi, I'm using a canon digital rebel, often use my preset wb without flash, this time, I used flash. I'm loading a processed and unprocessed image of my granddaughter. How did I do?? OK?? Still need help?? Working raw images can be a pain, especially processing each image.
Let me know what you think.

You have a cute Granddaughter. Raw images offer you the most flexibility and are more forgiving when the exposure is a little off. The second picture is right on with my monitor.

You nailed it, you did a very fine job! Why is it a pain to process in RAW? If you shoot many pictures in a similar setup, for example, you take 20 pictures of your granddaughter in same lighting, all you need to do is adjust the WB once, copy and paste the setting to the rest, and you're done.
