Hopefully another fun and insightful topic :) When it comes to photography, what do you find to be the most frustrating part? No right or wrong answers....It can be anything from AF systems that just can't quite keep up with the subject to subjects who just don't co-operate well in front of the camera and anything and everything in between.
I'll start out by saying that my biggest frustration is slow AF....even when it's fast. There have been many times where I'm challenged in very low light with a wonderful photo opportunity but it is fleeting....and while I can bring the camera up and frame the pic, the fraction of a second it takes AF to lock....the moment is gone and the photo is missed.

When I ruin a photo from laziness or ineptitude. Stuff that is easily preventable if I had just taken a couple extra seconds to check things over.

I'm my biggest frustration. I don't shoot a lot and sometimes will go days or a week or two without picking up my camera. Of course when I do get the camera out I do some stupid stuff like forgetting to turn the flash on, or not paying attention to the meter and badly over/under exposing a few pictures, or forgetting to change the ISO setting and then struggling with why I can't get the shutter speed or aperture I want, etc. It takes a while for me to get back to thinking photography but eventually things do settle down.

Well, lack of time to get out and shoot more, but that's not exactly a photography frustration.

For me I can't say I find much frustrating. When I am shooting I enjoy the process from start to finish. I do get frustrated as well because often times I people may not like where I'm shooting my kids... Park, pool, etc and I worry about that so much, or people stealing gear, that I take away what could be good opportunities from myself.

that the photograph I see in my brain doesn't get translated to the camera.

The damn kids not staying exactly where I want them but instead running directly at the camera the second they notice me taking a photo. And they have a 6th sense as to when I am about to point the camera at them to do this.

That I know there's a shot there, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to put it on film.

bannedPermanent ban

You get a few people who are just ridiculously fussy on how a photo should come out, even if its no fault of the photographer

I acquired an expensive camera so I can hang out in forums, annoy wedding photographers during formals and look down on P&S users... all the while telling people it's the photographer, not the camera.
