Well, I guess I exagerated a wee bit. But being from Germany I do like my landscapes green and NATURAL

Well, not everything in landscape is green , natural yes , but what about seascapes ? are you not near the sea ?

and everything within reasonable driving distance is either brown or man-made.

I usualy have to drive for 1 - 2 ours ( 3 some times ) to get to a good location , obviously i don`t do that every day.
If you are by the sea , look for simple but interesting things to frame , use your imagination , and try shooting when the sun is low in the sky , you get better light and colours.

Example , this next picture is absolutely nothing special , just an ordinary seascape if you pay attention to it , but with a simple sunset filter and metering from the sky just after the sun has gone behind the horizon , can make for an interesting subject.

First off, both are great. I would have had a hard time choosing if I were you. It seems that the majority of people here chose #2, but I, for some reason, like #1 better. It might be the colors of #1. It has more contrast (if that's the right word) as compared to the 1st one. Anyway, as I said both are great.

Thanks for your contribution , realy appreciate it.

Dimitri, they are both great and if I had the chance the only thing I'd do would be to return to the same spot and camp out waiting for the sun to come out and backlight the mountain. Wow, that would be awesone.

---Thanks Everyone---

Thank you very much for helping me deside which one to keep.

Well , my desision ?

As alot of you said....keep them both , i just couldn`t justify skip one of them.

Instead , i desided to delete 2 that were already in my gallery and replaced them with these two.

I believe (as you all said they were great) they both are better than the ones i already had.

You`ve been a great help , realy appreciate it.
:D
