For some reason my pictures appear soft when I shoot hand held at slower shutter speeds, maybe I drink to much coffee, so I bumped up the ISO to get a faster shutter speed. I still have a lot to learn about flash photography and photography in general. That is why I spend so much time reading these forums. The best thing I have found that improved my flash photography is the use of the Light Sphere II from Gary Fong.
