This was taken in Tennessee. If you can read on the side it says: "HICK" Does anyone have any more info on this train?

I have'nt seen Dokata, Minnesota and Eastern painted unit since I went out to South Dokata. What is intersiting to me is that HLCX owned the unit than sold it to DM&E and they sold it back. I would count that pic as a rare shot of a paint scheme you will probably not see again. BTW I like the shot as well.
