I just tried this release with this cam and it fires the shutter but won't focus, never tried this release with the 1DX before so I am sure its just a setting?

apersson850 Cream of the Crop More info | They do. Since the button on the RS-80N3 is the same as the shutter button, it's pretty obvious that it doesn't work if you need to press AF-ON to focus. Anders
