I like the shot though. I don't use LR, I do all my post in ACR but thanks for the tips. :D

Well it doesn't really matter, the processing engine is identical in both. You get all the same tools in ACR they just have a different interface, I think other than the output stuff, and of course the catalogue, is that LR allows the use of Virtual Copies, so that you can have multiple edits of the same image. I know that snapshots have similar functionality, but you only get one version at a time, and changing between snapshots breaks the edit history stack.

Hi. I have only recently tried using the HDR tool in the DPP software along with the AEB settings on the 50D. Is this what you used on this image? I think you have achieved a genuine look to the scene. The way that the human eye and brain accepts the highlights and shadows. It is also my kind of composition so I am bound to like it. :D

Seems like this thread has dried up. Not many 50D users anymore.

I like this pose.

I pulled mine out last weekend to loan out for the day. Still a great starter camera. But my needs have moved beyond what the sensor can do for me. But I'd rather keep it for just in case than sell it.

Lovely image.

Godox/Flashpoint r2 system, plus some canon stuff.
