From the email:

Your Photo’s Copyright Has Been Infringed: Now What?

Carolyn E. Wright is better known in the industry as The Photo Attorney. She’s a full-time attorney and professional photographer whose practice is focused exclusively on the legal needs of photographers.

In this live webinar on Tuesday, August 6th at 4pm ET, Carolyn will share her expertise on copyright infringement claims. The digital age has brought on a whole host of new issues and questions for photographers. Carolyn will shed light on what need to know when they think they’ve been infringed – she’ll cover:

  • Key provisions of copyright law
  • How to determine whether your copyright has in fact been infringed
  • How to assess whether you should take legal action
  • Understanding the time, resource, and emotional impact of a lawsuit
  • Trends in copyright law today
Note: The information presented is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Also please keep in mind that sadly our webinar tool caps the number of people that can attend. I know, we’re just as bummed about it as you are. So make sure to grab a spot before they're gone by following these steps:
  • Click this link to go register for the webinar. If we’re already full, you’ll see a page that says so.
  • If you’re one of the first 1,000 you'll get an email with instructions on how to connect.
  • Log in 15-20 minutes before we start at 4pm ET on Tuesday.
Typically everyone rushes in at 4pm ET, and that's when people start getting locked out. By showing up a little early, you should be safe.

Thanks, Frank.

Carolyn is a good egg and an all-around good friend to the photographic community.

I would imagine the seminar would fill up. Does she post streamables of the event when over?

She said that it would be available, but I haven't received a email on that yet.

Thank, Frank. I'll watch for it. I've had Carolyn bookmarked for years. She is absolutely a top notch resource for photogs.
