Really Hogloff?? Relax man. That's not called for. I'm not spewing anything. The camera was produced with a severely handicaped LV. Fact.
I apologize to all for not being aware of a recent software update to fix an inferior LV. Glad they fixed it. It happens to be a great camera as is the 6D.

According to this video it can't be fixed. I would love to be directed to anything that proves the LV of the D600 has been somehow fixed and the aperture issue is not actually a hardware issue.

The only thing I can find fixed for D600 LV is that you now get 100% HDMI out. That doesn't help anyone who doesn't use HDMI out and doesn't solve the lame problem of aperture control and LV exposure simulation.

This cant be?

Hogloff - Just so we all know, why dont you give us a feature set breakdown of YOUR 6D Live View and YOUR D600 Live View with pros and cons for each? You know, just so we aren't 'spewing any 2nd hand garbage.' Thanks.

I'm not one making the direct statements of flaws of one camera or the other. Spewing outdated information is dangerous as many people read these posts and take what is written to be the truth. Best to know for sure than to spread uninformed information.

Okay. Just so nobody gets hurt with all the danger. Allow us (the people who have actually used these cameras that the OP is curious about to produce photos) to help those looking for valid information.

So that we eliminate all danger of 'spewing 2nd hand garbage:' Again, I contribute:

If you shoot scenes that require the use of the camera's Live View feature or you use Live View for critical focus, the 6Ds Live View is far superior to the D600s
