Hey guys, take a look at this photo and tell me if it is on the gray/blue side. I processed this and looked fine on my lcd monitor, however when it was printed, it looked very gray. I just need to know if it's my monitor or my printer. Thanks for the help.

With no embedded profile, it's hard to say for sure. Assuming the picture is intended to be sRGB (which I assigned in Photoshop CS2), the picture looks like the white balance is too cool (too high a colour temperature), which gives it a blue/grey quality. I added Warming Filter (85) at 40% density in Photoshop CS2, and it looked a lot better to me on my calibrated monitor.

I'd upload the results, but you haven't given image editing permission.

There's not enough red in that image, on my calibrated LCD. I bet it's your monitor that's out.

It looks a little gray on my screen too. Looks like it is desaturated a bit. Except for the little bit of sunshine in the top right hand corner....

Thanks for checking. I have already purchased the Optix XR, just waiting for it to arrive. I'm not sure why suddenly my monitor became totally out of whack, though. I appreciate all your input.

It's very blue-grey and needing a little more brightness on my calibrated monitor too.

The colors appear un-naturally cool. That is, they are biased toward too much blue or not enough green/red.

I agree with the rest. It is on the cool side, and it does show a little blue-gray tint..
