More luck than judgement though... I always leave the camera on 'P' mode 'just-in-case' and I managed to grab about 10 shots as it flew over the house quite low.
I like the fact that you almost seem to be the subject of the Police attention - Were they after you ? :-)

The one I shot is based at Winfrith police headquarters near Wareham in Dorset (UK) and up until a few months ago was not allowed to fly at night because of noise levels waking people up - So if you wanted to commit a crime you just did it in the early hours of the morning!!!
This ruling has now changed however...
