I took this picture during the winter and has been sitting in my library without being identified. I looked around and it looks like a combination of a wren/gnatcatcher? It looks more like a wren to me

Markings and eye color looks like a Mockingbird to me, but the size appears more like a Gnatcatcher(which is similar color but different markings and eye color).
