Thinking about trading my S110 for a G15, anyone else made the switch

I got my S110 about a month ago to replace my S90, as well as serve as my "small camera" until I eventually replace my SLR (sold it last year)

As it turns out, I'm not 100% happy with the zoom, speed and IQ. Don't get me wrong, I knew it would never be an SLR, but I've decided I want a little bit more.

For those who have made the switch or own both, can you tell me about your experience?

Is there a noticeable increase in IQ?
Same question for Zoom, speed and apperture.

Also, is it that much more of a hassle to carry around? The S110 is too big for my pockets anyway, so I end of carrying it in my hand.

Thanks

my guess is you probably wont be satisfied with the G15
- same sensor, same IQ
- G15 slighty wider aperture, 1.8 vs 2.0
- same 5X zoom, but S110 is 24-120 mm equiv, vs 28-140 for G15
- shutter lags about the same

Sony RX100 is much better than both, but costs quite a bit more
G1X has better IQ than all, but much bigger, and has no macro and no good for action shots

I went from a S100 to an Olympus OM-D.

I was not using the S100 because I would use my iPhone instead. But I did not always want to carry my DSLR. So I went mirrorless. I didn't feel like the increase in performance from the iPhone to the S100 or G15 was worth carrying the extra equipment. But I do with the mirrorless.

So my P&S is my iPhone. If I want better IQ, I go for the OM-D.
